WHAT IS THE GREEN WALL PROJECT?
The Green Wall Project provides an environmental hands-on-experience for all students in school.
It is a unique community project in which students of ages 13-15 engage in a joint effort to constructa vertical green wall of plants, flowers, and herbs.
THIS IS WHAT THE GREEN WALL IS GOING TO LOOK LIKE
how the green wall is built
Plastic bottles are collected from all students in the school.
1.
Plastic bottles are then prepared to be made into bottle planters.
2.
Compost is then put into every bottle planter.
3.
One plant will be planted in each and every bottle planter.
4.
The bottle planters will then be installed onto a wall with a watering system.
5.
BETTER ENVIRONMENT, BETTER TOMORROW
