ACTION PLAN
PRACTICE WORKSHOP FOR THE ECO-FRIENDLY GREEN WALL PROJECT
11/6/18
Agenda:
Training session for the committee members of the green wall project.
Discussion:
Dr.Shirley was invited to the training session to give the committee members a better understanding of this project. She explained the steps needed to be taken in order to prepare the bottle planters. She also gave a briefing to the committee members about the number of recycled bottles needed to construct the green wall which was roughly about 1200 bottles. Then, the committee members were divided into three groups to work in their respective stations with different tasks. The committee members first station were in charge of making small holes on the bottle caps to allow water to flow out from the soil. Station two was in charge of applying silicone glue onto the bottles to stick them together and station three on the other hand, had to cut the recycled plastic bottles to the suitable size in order to form organized columns and rows for the green wall.
